Currently interpersonal harm within secular communities is either ignored until the person(s) being harmed leaves the community or is addressed in ways that leave the harmed feeling unheard and the person doing the harm either responding defensively or leaving the community. Come learn the basic skills necessary for facilitating a brief restorative conference appropriate for resolving minor conflicts and addressing verbal (not physical or sexual) harm.
