Hi! I’m Josiah, and I work as a social and secular activist in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and around the country. I have a depth and breadth of experience that includes everything from a shiny philosophy degree to working in a family homeless shelter to military intelligence to a bout of alcoholic homelessness myself. About fourteen or fifteen years ago, I went through the process of deconstructing my religious beliefs, starting work as a photographer in atheist & justice spaces. I’m currently involved in public library defense work, work as a homemaker, and work as an organizer for a conference on White Christian Nationalism in the Pacific Northwest, in addition to continuing photography activism for secular and justice organizations.
I know that I read mostly as a man, and am perfectly comfortable with masculine pronouns, but I would define myself for myself as “-ish” at most in most matters of gender or sexuality.
